I've been impressed with all of the staff from Storm Guard - they were so responsive and made dealing with insurance so much easier than I thought it would be. They are a family owned franchise and clearly, enjoy working together as a team, which made it much more pleasant to work with each of them. They did an amaz ing job of prepping for the day of, even with a weather delay, and getting the entire roof replaced in ONE day! Gutters were scheduled for another day, but that worked out fine too. Highly recommend!

I am very satisfied with my experience with Storm Guard Roofing and Construction Durham-Chapel Hill. They were communicative, punctual, and professional.  I met with John on the same day I initially contacted them about replacing my roof. The hail/ wind damage to my old roof was not severe and he was upfront about t hat. Upon my request, he helped me navigate the insurance claims process and worked with the adjustor on my behalf. The claim was approved and John helped with choosing a new roof that was within the neighborhood HOA covenants. The project was completed within 2 months from initial contact.  The roofing crew were total pros! The general manager, Rob, was knowledgeable, friendly and took time to answer all my questions and concerns. They picked up all the debris in the yard and didn't damage anything. And the new roof looks great! Overall, I am extremely happy with the finished product!  I've had two neighbors reach out to me about my roof since the work was completed and have since agreed to have Storm Guard replace their roofs. I have nothing but positive things to say and highly recommend them!

We recently hired Storm Guard to replace our 20-year-old roof and could not be more satisfied. They offer a free inspection and, in our case, alerted us to hail damage we would never have know about otherwise. Their team, including Mike Kuzy and Kim Pittman, was super to work with; they assisted us through the entir e process from choosing the best color to helping with getting our claim approved. Just started the process of replacing a roof with storm damage. Most houses on my street experienced storm damage and had their roofs replaced, so I had storm guard do an inspection. This was actually not my first inspection, but while the conclusions were the same across inspections, I really liked the professional ism and honesty of storm guard. Once I provided the necessary information, they contacted my insurance company and simply included me in the call when I needed to be there (a very nice touch). Storm guard met with the insurance adjuster and basically did all the leg work. We are now ready to move forward and just awaiting installation. I will update upon completion, but so far the process has been great.

Storm Guard just finished our roof installation, they also replaced the rotten fascia around gutters, and will install new gutters next. We are so happy with both new fascia and roof. I would like to thank everyone at Storm Guard Roofing Construction in Morrisville. James at Storm Guard helped the day our insurance adjuster inspected our roof to make sure nothing is missed and would approve our claim. Tyson, Mike, Rob, etc all stopped a couple of times to ensure the project get going as scheduled. We are waiting for the new gutters installed next, very happy with the progress so far and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is thinking about putting on a new roof. Storm Guard inspected our roof and met our insurance adjuster when they came to inspect. The on boarding process to review and explain the estimate and work to be completed was explained easily by Rachael. Storm Guard provided us with options and upgrades as well as references. The initial process was completed with ease and we look forward to scheduling the roof replacement.

Updated review! The roof is now done! It looks AMAZING! The Storm Guard crew worked hard all day to complete our entire roof in one day! There was rain expected the next day, so the crew stayed longer than originally planned to ensure our roof was completed. The shingles look exactly as we expected them to. The crew did a wonderful job cleaning up after they finished the roof. We highly recommend Storm Guard for your future roofing needs.
