Storm guard did a great job replacing our 24 year old roof and made it happen for just $1000 out of my pocket. Brent, their excellent customer liaison, worked directly with my insurance company to have my roof inspected and replaced due to hail damage. The crew showed up and got it done in a day with no leaks. It’s not a scam and they have many satisfied customers in my neighborhood ... they will be doing my daughter’s house soon.

I've been working with Terry Woolard with Storm Guard (Appalachia). There were other companies that I considered using, but he was the first and only of several companies that identified WHY my roof was leaking stains on my ceiling (very obvious circular hail damage) and that it could be covered by insurance. He mad e the ins. claim process so much easier and met with my adjuster to review things that honestly I don't know much about. When I struggled to understand the adjuster's sheet he made a special trip back out to my house and we had a nice outside meeting (masked) where he was able to answer my questions/concerns and show me different product samples. I'm sure I'm not the easiest of customers- I have a billion questions, but so far he has been quick to respond and patient. A+ for the first half of the process. Looking forward to getting a new roof!

When we noticed a leak from our roof, we called Storm Guard on the recommendation of friends. Scott McSpadden came out and inspected the roof and found the source of the leak (a crack in a plumbing vent). He sealed the crack in the vent and worked with our insurance company on our behalf. We decided to replace the e ntire roof. The Storm Guard crew was amazing. The job was completed in one day. They cleaned up so well that it looked like they had never been there. To say this company was totally professional is an understatement! I got a new roof with more to it than what the old one had. On the backside, there was a dent in the roof, bad wood and water damage. Storm Guard replaced that and now I'm better for it! Need a new roof?
