Brian with Storm Guard is amazing! Needed gutters repaired after a snowfall. From the initial call to the end of the repair Brian was a man of his word. He was prompt, he took the time to educate me on my needs, he didn’t try to sell me new gutters. He brought some exterior observations and offered me solutions that were high quality and economical. From the day they knocked at my door and proposed to perform a free assessment of my roof to the day where they went around my property performing the final clean up, one nail at a time, they have been caring and diligent professionals. Frankly, the y have handled everything from the interactions with my insurance to the monitoring of the work with absolutely zero headache from my side. They even proactively returned money when they found a small accounting mistake that I was blissfully unaware of. Quite the opposite from what I would expect in the trade. Highly recommended.

Storm Gaurd is great and works with you to solve your issue. We paid a differnet roofing company to repair our leaking roof only to find out a week later we still had water coming in. Brian came and fixed the leak...which led to the water finding a new hole. He came back and sealed that for no charge. Then came back again to do a water test to ensure we would not have any more issues. Great customer service and they did a lot more repairs for half the price of the other guys. Can't recommend them enough.

Had Brian come out to do a quick repair on our roof. We had a small hole in the roof near a corner where the flashing were faulty. Brian came out same day and put in a fix to temporarily repair the area and divert water from the problem area. The guy was super nice, timely, and did a good job fixing up the roof. I w ould definitely use this company again.

I had some shingles that were missing and damaged from wind and hail last year. I have never had a home claim before - State Farm said they wouldn’t cover it - what do I know? So I had a few companies quote fixing just those shingles. Brian came out immediately and said he would work with the insurance company to se e if there was a way to get it covered. Long story short, Brian went to bat for me with State Farm and I now have an entire new roof covered by insurance! I didn’t have to do a thing after he took the reins over. Best experience Ive had with any contractor ever! After having the worst experience ever earlier this year with a remodeling job gone wrong this was certainly a breath of fresh air. Brian and company will work hard for you, are very professional, licensed and insured and Brian is there from start to finish. They even have a cool portal that sends you pictures of the work being done during installation to document everything, so you know it’s done right! We had hail damage to our roof. Brian and Yann did all the work from start to finish. Yann did all the insurance claim business and then guided us through the shingle selection. Brian organized the shingle delivery and the crew. They arrived on time and as a well coached team removed and replaced the shingles from t he roof and from the property. They all showed respect for my property, treating it like it was their own. I am very happy with the degree of satisfaction that Brian and Yann aim for. I would without any reservations recommend them.

Not only was I able to get a roof for the price of my deductible but they did all the work before, during and after and was there every step of the way!
