I used Storm Guard twice this year. After they put a roof on my house I used them to put a roof on my parents house. Joel Trudel was excellent to work with. He answered all my questions and provided me with a very competitive price. Elvis Plokhooy ran both jobs on site for Storm Guard. He communicates well. One job we dealt with weather issues and Elvis remained proactive through the entire job. I was very happy with the job they did. When they were done I could not find one scrap or nail in my yard. They protected all my flower beds and shrubs. Both jobs were done quickly and professionally.

The roofers arrived on time, replaced the roof in one day, replaced the gutters the next day, and cleaned up the site. I have had compliments about what a beautiful job they did. I would recommend Storm Guard. false

Elvis and his team are extremely competent and, almost as important, very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Our work was delayed due to the winter weather, but they kept up informed about the situation and when they expected the work could be done. They arrived on time, fully covered the sides of our house with huge screens to catch debris, assessed our roofing needs as they proceeded, clearly explained what they recommended and what was required for the roof's warranty as the job progressed, worked efficiently to replace our roof, and cleaned up as much as possible before packing up to leave. Everyone I spoke to at the company- from the first phone call and assessment until the job was completed- was very helpful, answered all my questions, were knowledgeable about their business and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Storm Guard and will definitely be using them again for our outdoor repair needs.

We met John at a home show and instantly liked him. He came and gave us a quote on a new roof, skylights and a re-boot of our basement. We met Elvis this time as well, who is also a great guy. They were efficient and neat, the price was average and the work was very good. All the members of the team we met were quit e nice. The roof looks quite nice and the solar skylights are great.

Our project manager Elvis and his crew were able to knock out our roof in a little more than 8 hours. Everyone was professional, courteous, and very pleasant. Not only did they do a great job they answered any question we had thoroughly and made sure we understood the entire process. The clean up was complete, it do esn't even look like we had any work done. The only evidence is a great looking new roof! Thank you Storm Guard team!

In today's highly automated world, the personal touch and human involvement is rarely seen except in certain industries - like moving and roofing, to name a few. They haven't invented a computer or robot or system yet to do a roofing job because it requires a high level of human values, human interaction, and human skill sets. If they ever do try to invent one, they should model it after the Storm Guard crew who did mine! Utmost in professionalism, process and quality - starting with the initial consultation from John in sales, through the actual crew supervised by Elvis, the on-site foreman. Hardest workers I've ever seen, they arrived on time and put their heads down to work together in a team effort and never let up until the job was finished and completed in only 1 day. The extras I had added to the job were accomplished in a higher level of quality and meticulous attention to detail, from start to finish, far greater than I could had ever hoped to believe. I am just thrilled at the resultant value and look of the finished product, and I have nothing but the highest admiration for the company and it's workers. There's an old saying: You get what you pay for. I think I got far greater value than what I paid, and I will certainly be calling on Storm Guard again when it's time for my internal renovations.

The crew was impressive, they started in the morning and I had a new roof and clean property by the evening! I would highly recommend Storm Guard to any homeowner. Key to what they brought to my project was their expertise of working within the various moving parts, i.e., the insurance company, mortgage company, construction crew, etc.. That is the secret sauce that differentiates StormGuard from other firms. My Account Ma nager, John Merna, was always swamped with work, but he ALWAYS got back to me in a reasonable period of time.

From the get go all went extremely well. Our initial contact with Craig and his remaining with us, always available by phone and continuing contact with John made for a smooth , seamless experience. The quality of work by the roofing crew of four was exemplary and the clean-up was equally as positive. Even the deliv ery and pick-up of dump box and roofing material was an exercise in perfection. We had one of the "big box" stores put down a new floor in our home and that experience was less than satisfactory to say the least. In closing I would highly recommend Storm Guard!

Nothing but positives, starting at the very beginning when Craig came to our house to make his pitch. He listened to what we wanted, suggested reasonable alternatives and best of all, he understood the job that needed to be done. We had two other people in to quote and I'm not sure that they had ever put a roof on b efore and would not listen. The team came when they said they would, got the work done quickly and cleaned the place up. Elvis, the manager, did a great job communicating what was going on, checking in whenever anything deviated from the plan. The roof looks great, they did no damage to our plantings, we had no cleanup and they came back and cleaned up the punch list. We're very pleased with the whole experience and recommend them to anyone.
